What a joy to celebrate little five year olds as they graduate from kindergarten, and yet how shocking to get announcements from graduating seniors who you knew when they were little!\u00a0 I had both kindies and seniors this year with two grandchildren graduating from kindergarten and two graduating seniors that were in the neighborhood knitting group that I taught.<\/p>\n

For the kindergarteners I bought a digital stamp from Whimsy with a cute little penguin and made a ‘faux shutter’ card, also called a ‘fractured card technique’.<\/p>\n

Emmitt’s school colors are blue and yellow;<\/p>\n

Yes, and I didn’t check the picture before I gave Emmitt his card.\u00a0 It was really yellow but now it is a bit washed out after adjusting the light with the computer.\u00a0 I did check Emma’s card though.<\/p>\n
